In a busy world, we help you find stillness within.
In West London, we integrate Sound Meditation, Women's Circles, Yoga, professional therapy, psychology-based and astrology-based insights to create a grounded approach to self-care.
Our intentions is to provide you with an accessible, effective path to mindfulness—empowering you with the tools and resources to make life choices that nurture your overall well-being and grow your resilience in dealing with the daily stresses of life.
Based in Uxbridge, Circle Sounds Healing London was founded by Cherlyn, who began her journey in the corporate world. At age 40, a change in perspective prompted her to seek greater awareness in life—to understand the roots of stress, depression, illness, and anxiety—and to continue learning as a Psychology student. In doing so, she has strengthened her commitment to educating others about the benefits of self-care and what it involves.
