CIRCLE SOUNDS HEALING
Women REFOCUSED
Empowering you with tools to gain focus and clarity
Our purpose
Self care is a matter of necessity.
Women Refocused is an initiative based on
helping women deal with the every day challenges in life. We are women that have
our own ongoing journey of self discovery
and have integrated tools that will help others take back control of their life.
Our intentions are to share knowledge, tools and the ability to change your mindset. Because challenges and daily stresses do not disappear,
they are part of living. We can help you find a better way of dealing and managing them.
This is our promise to you.
Find harmony within.
Everything starts
in the
NOW.
The YOU that
always is.
What will you learn & experience?
Sound Meditation
Experiencing inner harmony through the use of sound frequencies to align our thoughts with our actions. Using music as a way to help us self soothe and regulate our emotions.
Discharging negative emotions
Demonstrate how we can acknowledge, accept, release negative emotions in a few simple steps through the use of Emotional Freedom
Technique.
Shifting mindsets
Learn to step fully into the "what is" space, away from the "what ifs" or "I wish" narratives, through presence and curiosity leading to acceptance and self-love. You will learn about, and experience on the day, effective tools and techniques to embrace your life as it is, reconnect with its richness and empower yourself.
Nutrition & Wellness
Nutrition & Wellness based on five pillars:
(1) Outdoor movement
(2) cortisol control
through nutrition and habits
(3) adequate fiber intake
(4) adequate protein intake
(5) a good prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic regimen.

Be Silvereano
COUNSELLOR/ECOTHERAPIST
Hi, I'm Be, a middle-age, perimenopausal counsellor working mostly outdoors. I am passionate about personal freedom, choices and responsibility, and strongly believe that we can all be active participants in our life to be the person we want to be. My job is to help facilitate and witness that shift, empowering my clients to understand themselves, find their own resources, (re)claim their place in the world by shifting their mindset, and behaving according to their truth.
During our 1-day retreat I will talk about and lead activities on how to do that, specifically in the context of calming the turmoil that comes with the "middle life" of a woman.
Simi Shallon
PSYCHOTHERAPIST/ENERGY PRACTITIONER
Hi, my name is Simi and I work as Psychotherapist / Energy Practitioner.
What does this mean? ... it means I work with people to help them understand themselves better, to bring about healthy changes by letting go of any limiting thoughts, emotions or beliefs that might be holding them back from living more freely.
How do I do this? ... by skilfully helping my clients to become more aware of themselves, to help them recognise patterns that no longer serve them well, by coaching them out of their comfort zones for growth and development, utilising powerful techniques to discharge negative emotions, to reconfigure limiting beliefs and by releasing trauma from the body.
I am passionate about ...
Helping to empower others and being part of their healing journey.
Susan Valsecchi
WELLNESS NUTRITIONAL COACH
Hi, my name is Susan and I work as a nutrition coach. It is my mission and true passion to spread the message of wellness to the world, most notably women.
I believe that food has the power to assist the body in healing mental, emotional and physical struggles. When we feed our bodies the vitamins, minerals and whole foods that it needs, the body can then focus on healing.
I focus on fun, sustainable and delicious ways to learn about nutrition and wellness.
I am so excited to cover each of my five pillars to wellness with you. It is my goal that you will leave our retreat with simple, practical action items that you can then apply to your daily life in furtherance of your wellness goals.

SOUND THERAPIST
Like you, I am just a Human being having a human experience. I am in the journey of finding my way in the World where life have once been a myriad of confusing masks, pretense, people pleasing ways and unknown attachments.
Working on my self love is a very important part of my practice and I know that this is a matter of trial and error. Compassion is key.
I trained as a Sound Healing Practitioner, Women Circle and Drum Circle Facilitator. I work in Corporate environments providing Sound Meditation and in Care Home Residence, specifically for Dementia & Alzheimer care. I also have a very long career in Financial Planning, before I stepped into my purpose of self caring.
It is my intention to live my life in its rich fullness, to be as authentic as possible with joyful play. At each steps that I better myself, I in turn help others.
Quick self care tips ...
Shift your mindset and psychological response to stress by lifting your gaze: just 2-10min per day will help you see the bigger picture and "relax" your mood into more positive and proactive mindset.
Be
Make your exhale longer than your inhales - this activates the parasympathetic nervous system for rest, digest & relaxation.
Simi
Take time out in your day to be fully present and listen to how you speak to yourself. Is it with criticism or with compassion? Does it remind you of how someone speaks to you? Journal this at the end of the day. This will form as your base to start forming your own affirmations.
